Once upon a time…long, long ago…in a land far, far away…called the City of Lights…lived a pink-haired Japanese inn keeper named Sakura-San (aka Monsieur Cherry Blossom) ( ˇ෴ˇ ). Sakura-San was famous for his rainbow colored hotels, which he carefully built by recycling out-of-date candies that needed a loving home. But even more than his sweetly flavored hotels, Sakura-San adored ( ˘ ³˘)❤ his precious collection of Japanese wooden dolls called “Kokeshi”.
Each and every doll was special in their own way but the most super super special one of all was a kokeshi kitten named…Mayumi (まゆみ)! ❤└(=^‥^=)┐
Sakura-San treasured ❤Mayumi❤ above all because whether he was happy or sad, had a good day or bad…she was always there to listen with the brightest smile and a twinkle in her eye…ヽ(⁎☆ᆺ˂)ノ
One magical day, a beautifully wrapped gift arrived…surprisingly, for Mayumi! （・෴・；）
Sakura-San excitedly opened the package. “What could be inside?”, he said to Mayumi. To his surprise, wrapped in sparkling origami paper was a tiny pink kimono – just the right size for a kawaii kokeshi kitten. *:..。o○☆○o。..:*
He beamed with pleasure seeing Mayumi in her adorable new Kimono and that night he dreamt of her as a real little girl, playing happily with friends in a cotton candy clubhouse.
The next morning, Sakura-San was awoken by a little tug on his sleeve. “Bonjour papa, it’s me Mayumi?”. (●⌒∇⌒●)
To his absolute delight, in front of him stood Mayumi – as a real, live kokeshi she-kitten! “Ooh La La”, exclaimed Sakura-San, “my dream has come true!”. ☆*･゜ﾟ･*\(^O^)/*･゜ﾟ･*☆
And so Mayumi’s adventures began…
